Membership: Open to Ages 5-13
Please note that members must be 5 years old and have completed kindergarten prior to starting camp.

All campers must provide updated shot records, a completed medical form (page 3), and return the membership application with a doctor's signed physical to be fully registered.

Each registration form must also include a list of adults authorized to pick the child. We will not release a child to anyone other than the parent or authorized adult with a photo ID.

Completed applications must be submitted via email ([email protected]) or can be dropped off or mailed to our Boys & Girls Clubs of the Northtowns, Attn: Camp TeBeCe Registration, 54 Riverdale Avenue, Buffalo, NY 14207.
