• Campers must be dropped off before 9 am without prior communications as to being later

• We offer a discount for Active Military and Veterans

• Save 10% if you pay in full by May 17, 2024.

Membership: Open to Ages 5-12 (Must have finished a year of school)

Applications:

• All campers must provide updated immunization records and return the membership application with a doctor’s signature (page 2) to be fully registered.
• Completed applications must be submitted in person. 
  • Newman Family Clubhouse (325 Franklin Street, Tonawanda, NY 14150) - Wednesdays from 2 - 8pm
  • Sheridan Parkside Clubhouse (169 Sheridan Parkside Drive, Tonawanda, NY 14150) - Thursdays from 12 - 6pm

• Payment will be requested upon confirmation of application completion.

• Methods of payment: Cash, Credit/Debit Card (3% processing fee), Check, or Money Order

FLIT (Future Leaders in Training):

• Campers 13 and older can apply to be a part of our FLIT program for the summer. Please include this additional sheet to be considered.
• FLIT Application  
• FLITs serve as supplemental assistance to staff and learn what it takes to be a staff member. Limited positions available, numerous FLIT alumni are now employed at our organization!
