Formed in 2005, CAPS offers youth and adults with disabilities the opportunity to participate in a varity of low-cost/no-cost, organized sports leagues. Program offering vary by the season and include flag football, basketball, floor hockey and baseball. Currently, the program is divided into two leagues, one for older athletes and another for younger athletes.
Athletes must be OPWDD-elligble and live at home with their families to participate. For questions, please contact Program Manager Kevin Schrader

- School Year: Wednesdays, 6PM - 8PM
- Summer: Tuesdays, 6PM - 8PM
All participants (or their parent/guardian) must complete the membership application, furnish proof of OPWDD eligibility and sign-off on participant rights and responsibilities to complete enrollment.
